Conner Dahm

Conner is a Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering graduate from UC Irvine and a former NCAA Division I volleyball player and is now training to play in the AVP! Passionate about aviation and problem-solving, he combines hands-on engineering skills with years of tutoring experience in Math, Physics, and Sports Medicine. At UCI, he continued as a peer tutor, supporting students in Calculus, Physics, and advanced MAE courses. His background as a tutor, coach, and student-athlete gives him unique insight into different learning styles. His free time is spent flying planes, surfing fun waves, skiing, and tons of beach volleyball!

Doug Dahm

Doug Dahm is a three year starter for UCI Men's Volleyball as an outside and middle and is now training to play in the AVP! Excelling on the court and in the classroom, Doug earned Magna-Cum-Laude from UCI earning an A in every course he took. He polished off his academic career with a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, and is now an aspiring professional pilot. His free time is spent playing volleyball, pickleball, surfing, skiing, flying, or prototyping product ideas! Doug is an enthusiastic, fun loving, people person.

Cole Power

Cole is a former NCAA All-American libero and graduate from UC Irvine, now pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. With over two years of experience training boys and girls, he specializes in passing, defense, serving, and out-of-system setting. His deep love for volleyball and firsthand knowledge of the student-athlete journey shine through in his coaching. Cole is passionate about meeting athletes where they are, helping them grow their skills, and guiding them toward their next level. In his free time, he enjoys playing beach and indoor volleyball, surfing, and competing in tournaments.
